All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
You guys, the solution is so simple. Find the crazy kids who are shooting up the schools and have them shoot people getting off planes from West Africa.
No more school shootings, no more Ebola.
Obama would have thought of this already if he wasn't a pinko commie Nazi queer-loving wetback-loving Kenyan Indonesian Muslim.
Give it up for Dr. Lecter, everybody!!!! He'll be around tomorrow and Sunday, please remember to try the veal!
Seriously ****** Buffalo loves the Bills ****** we, clearly, covet them if they feed us **** sandwich after **** sandwich and we don't walk away *********
There are several cities that do not support the team they have. This area needs to quit with the paranoid delusion that the rest of the country is talking about us, and that they want to take everything that we have. It is absurd. It makes it more of a joke.
Take the **** about the weather from, of all ****ing people in the world, Bruce Mathison... if we didn't like the weather, we'd move. I like 4 seasons...winter gets a little long, and I love summer, but we get a little diversity, which is not a bad thing. I love the spring and fall...maybe even more than summer itself. If I didn't...I'd pack my **** and move. Everytime somebody comments on the weather, which is a dumb ****ing argument, we get offended?
The only thing working against our team is the uncertainty of it's owner. If we knew that Kelly, by some miracle, really had buyers that were writing checks...we wouldn't worry as much. What this team needs is the ownership to want them in Buffalo...and if there is an owner that intends to move, it may be harder than imagined to get that to go through.
Look what KC did to Arrowhead..that is what we need to do to the Ralph. Gus Johnson was on wood talking about it, and KC spent 300 mill on a total upgrade...that sure sounds better than 1 bill on the Jerrah Center.
What cities "covet" an NFL team??? Who wouldn't? The income from it alone has to be staggering to the businesses in the immediate area.
I don't know...maybe we should just talk about wearing the throwbacks or something...talk about moving always brings me down.
Raleigh. If any other city than Toronto gets the Bills, it'll be Raleigh-- on the sole reasoning that they support the Hurricanes and they have a huge upstate NY diaspora out there.
Vegas-- the NFL hates Vegas. Never gonna happen.
Birmingham-- every team that's ever played in that city has started off strong, then when it had to go against college teams, imploded. Again, not gonna happen.
Memphis-- tried, failed. Less than 35,000 fans a game in 1997. Not gonna happen.
San Antonio, Oklahoma... plausible, particularly in the case of the former.
LA... there were a lot of reasons behind the Rams and Raiders leaving at the same time, including competition and the earthquake. One team could easily gain enough support to succeed in that market, especially now that USC has sanctions on it for a while.
Any city in Mexico... there's big support down there, so it'd be very hard to dismiss them offhand. The border issues, however, would be the most obvious problem.
Norfolk and Portland... I don't think quite yet, mainly because they don't have a 60,000-seat stadium ready.
